During proceedings on April 9, 2025, the bench comprising Justice Abhay S. Oka and Justice Ujjal Bhuyan characterized this oversight as a "serious breach" of both judicial directives and statutory obligations under Section 162(2) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
